Club Alacarte provides for the following three (3) types of discount offers across its Dining, Lifestyle and Retail Category Offers: 

  • Buy-1-Get-1

  • % Off

  • IDR Off (or also called Minimum Spend & Save)


Offer Validity: 

  • Valid any time, any day, 7 days a week (including Saturday and Sunday) during the issuing Merchant's operating hours.


Minimum Person(s) Requirement: 

  • 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers: One (1) 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer can be used by every two (2) persons, up to a maximum of three (3) 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers per visit, booking or table, for a group of six (6) or more persons. See table below.

  • '% Off' Offers: One (1) '% Off' Offer can be redeemed for every one (1) persons per visit. 

  • 'IDR Off' Offers: One (1) 'IDR Off' Offer can be redeemed per visit to the retail outlet.


Account Usage: Offer(s) can be redeemed from one (1) Club Alacarte account or from a multiple and separate Club Alacarte accounts (e.g. from multiple mobile phones). 


Others:

  1. Not valid with any other discount offers, promotion, loyalty reward programs, or special events organized by the venue.
  2. Offer(s) should be redeemed prior to requesting the bill. Only one bill will be presented per transaction.
  3. You can only enjoy the Offer on the item(s) and/or services within the category as marked on the Offer.
