There are three (3) offer categories offered through Club Alacarte App:

    1. Paid Membership

• Club Alacarte offers 3, 6, and 12-month memberships.All memberships give access to Club Alacarte's Dining, Lifestyle and Retail Offers.

• Each membership starts from the date of your membership purchase until the membership end date as stipulated in the Club Alacarte App.

• You may renew your membership at any point in time. If you renew your membership before your current membership expires, your membership will be extended from the expiration day / time of your current membership. 
  • For example, your current membership expires on 1 March 2019. If you purchase another 12-month membership on 15 February 2019, your 12-month extended membership will start from 2 March 2019 and be valid until 2 March 2020.

• Members are entitled to three (3) separate Club Alacarte Offers per issuing Merchant for the duration of the Offer Validity.

• Once a Member has redeemed a specific Offer, this redeemed Offer will be locked and the Member will not be able to redeem this Offer again until the start of the next Offer Validity period. However, you may use your AlaPoints to unlock offers that have already been redeemed (Please see '11. AlaPoints' for further information).

2. Free Trial Period

• You are entitled one (1) free trial selected Offer upon successfully registering on the Club Alacarte application.

• During your free trial period, you can only redeem the selected Offer and cannot redeem any locked Offers.

• Once a Free Trial customer has redeemed a selected Offer at an issuing Merchant, all Offers across all issuing Merchants will be locked.

• A Free Trial customer will need to purchase a membership to continue redeeming Offers.

• For the avoidance of doubt, an Offer redeemed by a Free Trial customer will not be reopened for redemption even after membership. 

Redeeming the Offers on the Club Alacarte application is simple.

Please follow the following steps: 

1. Select your chosen Offer for use on the App.
2. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the Merchant staff member prior to bill settlement.
3. You will be prompted to enter your four-digit PIN number.
4. Once your PIN is entered, the merchant is prompted to enter their PIN.
5. Once the Merchant has entered their PIN, the Offer will be redeemed and the Club Alacarte Offer discount will be provided for in the total bill.
6. After redeeming your Offers, we will require you to input a brief customer feedback form regarding your experience at the Merchant.
7. To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process

• All Offers are valid until the date as indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified.

• All Offers are valid seven (7) days a week (including Saturdays and Sundays).

• Offers are redeemable only with the specified Issuing Merchant and/or venue.

• Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer.

• Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining, loyalty, employee or reward programs.

• If a Merchant refuses to honor any Offer, please report back to us by email to [email protected].

• Some Offers within certain issuing Merchant Group can be considered as Chain Offers
• Chain Offers: Up to three (3) Offers can only be used across the entire Merchant Group for the duration of the Offer Validity.

• Offers cannot be redeemable or exchanged for cash.

• Club Alacarte reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are voided if resold or bartered.

• One (1) 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer can be used by every two (2) persons, up to a maximum of three (3) 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer per visit, booking or table, for a group of six (6) or more persons. See table 1 below. 

• Table 1:

• All persons redeeming the Buy-1-Get-1 offers must be over the age of 17 years old.

• 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers can be redeemed from one (1) Club Alacarte account or up to three seperate (3) Club Alacarte accounts. 

• The items redeemed using a 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer must be from the same category as marked on Offer category. For example: 
• buy one (1) Any Main Course and get one (1) Any Main Course free; or
• buy one (1) Any Haircut and get one (1) Any Haircut free; or
• buy one (1) Any Facial and get one (1) Any Facial free.

• The least expensive item(s) as listed on the 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer will be deducted based on total bill 
  • For example, four (4) customers goes and dines at an issuing Dining Merchant. 
  • The four (4) customers order two (2) steaks from "Any Main Course" selection priced at IDR500,000 each; and two (2) salmon fillets from "Any Main Course" selection priced at IDR250,000 each 
  • The four (4) customers redeem tw (2) Buy-1-Get-1 Offers under the "Any Main Course" Selection
  • The two (2) salmon fillets, priced at IDR250,000, will be deducted from the total bill as the salmon fillets represent the two least expensive items under the "Any Main Course" selection.

• Only one bill will be presented per visit, booking or table. No splitting of bills will be allowed.

• 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers are not valid with other discount offers, promotion, loyalty reward program or special events organized by the issuing Merchant.

• Buy-1-Get-1 Dining Offers are applicable for dine-only. No delivery or takeaway allowed - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.

• The discount from 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers do not apply to tax and service charges applied by the Merchant.

• Prior booking may be required. If booking is required, it will be specified in each of the issuing Merchants page.

• One (1) % Off Offer can be redeemed for every one (1) person per visit. 

• All persons redeeming the Offers must be over the age of 17 years old. 

• % Off Offers can be redeemed from one (1) Club Alacarte account or separate Club Alacarte accounts.

• You can only enjoy the % Off Offer on the item(s) and/or services as marked on the Offer. 
  • For example, you can only use "50% Off Facial" offer for any facial services provided by the issuing Lifestyle Merchant.

• The % Off Offers will apply only on normal rates / prices and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotion, loyalty reward program or special events organized by the issuing Merchant. 

• The % Off Offers do not apply to tax and service charges.

• Prior booking may be required. If booking is required, it will be specified in each of the issuing Merchants page.

• One (1) 'IDR Off' Offer can be redeemed per visit.

• All persons redeeming the Offers must be over the age of 17 years old. 

• When redeeming the 'IDR Off' Offer(s), you will have to spend the amount mentioned on the Offer in order to receive the mentioned discount off your bill.

• The 'IDR Off' Offer will apply only on normal prices and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotion, loyalty reward program or special events organized by the issuing Merchant.

• The 'IDR Off' Offers do not apply to tax and service charges.

• Some Offers within certain issuing Merchant groups are considered to be "Chain Offers" and therefore up to three (3) offers can only be used across the entire Merchant group for the duration of the Offer Validity.

• Example of a Chain Offer: 
  • Dining Merchant, Common Grounds Coffee provides the following three (3) 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offers at its outlets across Jakarta (Pondok Indah Mall 2, Citywalk Mall); (1) "Any Brunch"; (2) "Any Sweet"; and (3) "Any Coffee"
  • If You redeem the "Any Brunch" 'Buy-1-Get-1' Offer at Pondok Indah Mall 2, the "Any Brunch" Buy-1-Get-1 Offer will be locked across all other Common Ground Coffee outlets (i.e., Citywalk Mall)

• Monthly Offers change on a monthly basis and are often for items and services different to the main offers.

• The validity is marked on the Offer, but we reserve the right to remove Monthly Offers at any time and cannot be held responsible if a Monthly Offer is discontinued prior to the end of the validity period.

• Monthly Offers are subject to all the Rules of Use like any other main Offer.

• AlaPoints is a virtual currency that works like a loyalty programme. You earn AlaPoints by redeeming offers on the Club Alacarte App and you can unlock offers that you have already redeemed by using your earned AlaPoints.

• AlaPoints can be used only by Club Alacarte members who have purchased a paid Premium membership product.

• Not all of Club Alacarte merchants may allow for the reuse of redeemed offers using AlaPoints. Club Alacarte may at its sole and absolute discretion amend the list of Issuing Merchants allowing for AlaPoints to be earned and/or reused.

• Club Alacarte may at its sole and absolute discretion change the number of AlaPoints acquired or required to conduct any transaction via the App. 

• Club Alacarte may at its sole and absolute discretion reject your request to redeem AlaPoints for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where there are insufficient AlaPoints to redeem for particular Offer(s), or where the reward is no longer made available by the Issuing Merchant, or where AlaPoints you wish to use for redemption of Offer(s) have been issued to you in error. 

• Once the transaction is processed using AlaPoints, the transaction may not be reversed.

• AlaPoints have no cash or monetary value and are not redeemable for cash in any form. They cannot be purchased, resold or transferred, for value or otherwise, under any circumstances. AlaPoints shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances. 

• You agree that you will have no claim whatsoever against Club Alacarte for any expired, unused and/or invalid AlaPoints.

The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of Club Alacarte product or any of its Offers or contents by any person or entity is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by PT. Media Digital Alacarte. The product and its Offers and other content are intended for the non-profit use and consumption of the individual purchasers of the Offers. Additionally, the use of the Club Alacarte application, product and any of its Offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any use of these Offers in violation of these Rules will render the Offers void, and PT. Media Digital Alacarte will avail itself or any and all legal remedies available to it. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. PT. Media Digital Alacarte will not be responsible if any of merchant or venue permanently closes down or refuses to accept any Offer; however, PT. Media Digital Alacarte will use reasonable efforts to rectify the situation, to the extent possible. PT. Media Digital Alacarte will not be responsible in the event of acts of God, fire casualties, illness or injury or any other events beyond its control that prevents you from using any Offers licensed owners.
